Neal Gozzett secures no further action for his client under investigation for a serious sexual assault.
His client, a prominent businessman in the North of England faced serious allegations of a sexual nature. Neal succeeded in making contact with the Inspector supervising the officer dealing with the case and submitted lengthy oral and written representations with appendices which led to the investigation being halted immediately and not sent to the Crown Prosecution Service for a charging decision, the police file has now been closed.
As a result of Neal being pro-active, this led to the matter being swiftly halted reducing the stress on the client and his family.
He has now instructed Neal to make an application to have his record deleted from the Police National Computer (PNC) to ensure his reputation is protected.
