In fact, just this week Neal Gozzett (Senior Partner) has successfully had the records of arrest, fingerprints, and DNA deleted from the Police National Computer for a teacher who was falsely accused of fraud. Detailed written submissions to the relevant authority led to a successful deletion.
Had this stayed on the system it would have caused major issues in the future for travel and employment if the record was left on the PNC.
