It is in our core values, based on empathy and understanding, which makes us stand out from the crowd. This means we know what to do and when to do it to ensure the best outcome for you. We purposely limit the number of cases we undertake to provide the level of individual attention our clients deserve and need.

Kirsty Laker In support of our core values, we have a dedicated Client Service Team here at Monan Gozzett with the primary role of ensuring the right mix and level of legal support is assigned to, and is able to work on your case when needed throughout the journey. We recognise that no two cases are the same. Even if cases share the same underlying legal charge or accusation, the specific circumstances and personalities involved are invariably unique to each case.

As Head of Client Service Team, Kirsty Laker is responsible for working closely with our Paralegal team to agree the best mix of legal support required for each case. It is likely that Kirsty or her colleague, Helen Davis, will be the first person you speak to at Monan Gozzett. Right from your initial enquiry, their priority is to gain understanding quickly of your specific circumstances and needs. They will discuss the likely implications and costs for taking your matter further, before referring you to Mellissa Piggott (Senior Paralegal) to talk this through with you in more detail. They will always act with the utmost sensitivity and empathy when discussing this with you, as everyone here at Monan Gozzett recognise this is always an incredibly stressful time.

If you wish to progress your enquiry, they will discuss with you which solicitor (partner / associate) is best placed to take on your case. If agreed, they will invite you to arrange an initial consultation.

If you become a client of Monan Gozzett, you will always have access to a member of the Client Service Team. For example, if you cannot get hold go your solicitor or paralegal support worker, they will ensure this is followed up so that you are not left alone or unsure at any stage in your case development.
